To ensure we have enough time for your service, make sure you book each service you would like. For example, If you want a haircut and root touch up, please add both.

For same-day appointment requests, any immediate appointment changes, or questions, we ask that you please call us directly at 505-242-6469. You will be asked to confirm your appointment by text, 24 hours before your appointment. If you wish to cancel or change the appointment please call us or email nuveabq@gmail.com. If you have special requests or accommodations please let us know.

Please note, if you do not receive a text or email confirmation, your appointment may not have gone through. Make sure when you schedule an appointment, you follow through with all directions on the screen. You can make notes to us while you schedule an appointment.

Welcome Information

Welcome and thank you for choosing Nuve, we can’t wait to meet you!

Your experience will begin by requesting an appointment with one of our Team Members from our “Book Now” section above or by calling us at 505-242-6469. Your appointment request will be received and you will get a booking confirmation text or email once the appointment is approved. Please note: There may be times when an appointment request is not approved and a consultation will be required. We will contact you in this case.

Next, fill out the New Guest Intake FORM which will help us get to know you better. If you are receiving hair services, please fill out the hair history FORM. If you will be receiving a massage, please fill out the massage FORM.

Once you’re here, we will discuss your  goals, history, and expectations. Please bring photos of the look you wish to achieve which will give me the best idea of what you want to achieve during your appointment

We’ll wrap up with product recommendations and set you up with your next appointment to maintain your new look!

Wanting to book vivid colors, color corrections or natural hair extensions?

Use the appointment request feature and book the service called New Guest Consultation Only. All services listed require a consultation prior to booking.

All appointments will require a credit card to hold their appointment. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a 50% charge of services booked to the credit card on file. For example: If you booked a full highlight ($120+) and haircut ($65+) and fail to show up or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment your card will be charged $92.50 which is half of the scheduled $185. 

•Exception• If you have been exposed to COVID or have COVID symptoms withing 24 hours of your appointment please call 505-242-6469 to make Cancellation arrangements. 

As a courtesy to the next guest, if you arrive late for your appointment, the service will end on time and the full price of the service will be charged.

Please inform us of any health conditions or concerns at the time of your booking, such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies etc. Depending on your service, you may be asked to complete a medical intake form upon arrival.

Do not shave your legs at least 24 hours prior to your pedicure. Skin irritation could happen with our scrubs and masks on newly shaved skin. Our guests health is a top priority. If you have a nail fungus or condition that is contagious, we will not be able to work on your nails until you have clearance from your dermatologist.

We think you are cool, and would love to work with other cool people like yourself!! We wanted to create a program that awarded you our existing client and your friends! 

  • When you refer someone new to Nuve, you will receive 20% off and your friend will also receive 20% off each of your next service.
  • The program has a limit of $40 off, which is 20% off all services under $200. Any service over $200 will have a limit of $40 off that visit. 
  • The referral must be scheduled and used with the same stylist the original client came from. For example, if you are a client of Ryan’s, your referral must schedule with Ryan for both of you to receive the discount. 
  • Once the referral discount is used for both of you, either of you are welcomed to work with other stylists at Nuve.
