We are thrilled to let you know that as of June 10, we have reopened Nuvé per the guidelines set by the State of New Mexico. We are currently operating at 25% capacity of our building and at a safe social distancing space. We will continue to operate per the guidelines issued by the State of New Mexico and the NM Cosmetology Board.
In addition, we have some BIG news! While in quarantine, we have been busy moving our location! This new location is gorgeous and will allow us to continue to operate at the high standard that you are all used to. We have moved to the EDO district which is only 2.5 miles away from our former location in Old Town. There is a parking garage on Arno St which is located right next to our salon. There is also on-street parking available all throughout the area.
For the time being, we will be operating with a new set of regulations and protocols. We are ramping up our cleaning efforts to provide you and us with a safe environment where we can all feel safe while enjoying your service. Outlined below are the protocols that we will be adhering strictly to.
-Please wear a mask to your appointment. If you are receiving a hair service, please wear one that wraps around your ears. If you do not have one, you will be provided with one for a small service fee.
-When you arrive, please call or text us of your arrival. We will let you know when to come in. This is to give us the extra time needed to fully sanitize between clients.
-When you come in, we will need to take your temperature. If it is above 99.4, we will need to reschedule your appointment.
-Once your temperature is cleared, you will be asked to wash your hands.
-Please come to your appointment alone. We have a 25% capacity that we must adhere to.
-No refreshments will be available. Please bring any beverages or snacks with you.
-If you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or feel ill, please kindly reschedule your appointment.
Please have patience with us, as this is an entirely new way that we will be operating. There are certain things out of our control, and we will do everything in our power to ensure your appointment is handled as safely, enjoyable and timely as possible.
